Who we are
Our website address is http://baddie-hub.org.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the information provided in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string. This is done to help detect and prevent spam.
An anonymized string created from the visitor’s email address (also known as a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if the visitor is using it. The privacy policy of the Gravatar service can be found here: [link to the privacy policy]. After a comment is approved, the visitor’s profile picture is visible to the public in the context of the comment.
Media
If images are uploaded to the website, it is recommended to avoid uploading images that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract location data from such images.
Cookies
If a visitor leaves a comment on the site, they may choose to opt-in to saving their name, email address, and website in cookies. This is for their convenience so that they do not have to fill in their details again when leaving another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
When a visitor accesses the login page, a temporary cookie is set to determine if their browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal data and is discarded when the browser is closed.
Upon logging in, several cookies are set to store the login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, while screen options cookies last for one year. If the visitor selects “Remember Me,” their login will persist for two weeks. Logging out of the account will remove the login cookies.
When an article is edited or published, an additional cookie is saved in the browser. This cookie does not include any personal data and only indicates the post ID of the edited article. It expires after one day.
Embedded Content from other Websites
Articles on this site may contain embedded content such as videos, images, articles, etc., from other websites. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about the visitor, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor the visitor’s interaction with the embedded content. This includes tracking the interaction with the embedded content if the visitor has an account and is logged in to that website.
Who do we share your Data with
If a visitor requests a password reset, their IP address will be included in the reset email.
How Long We retain your Data
If a visitor leaves a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is done to recognize and automatically approve any follow-up comments instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time, except they cannot change their username. Website administrators also have access to view and edit this information.
What rights do you have over your Data?
If a visitor has an account on this site or has left comments, they can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about them, including any data they have provided to us. They can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about them. However, this does not include any data that we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
